The Authority announces the organization of a focus group dedicated to developing the virtual chat service (Chatbot) on its website, scheduled to take place from May 18, 2025, to June 1, 2025. This focus group aims to provide a seamless user experience by offering instant and direct responses to user inquiries, in addition to enhancing operational efficiency to ensure services are delivered to a larger number of beneficiaries. The focus group particularly emphasizes the needs of persons with disabilities and their families, striving to provide the necessary technical support for various available services. This initiative aims to enhance beneficiary satisfaction and facilitate quick and easy access to the required information and support.
